Registration
To register your student at Muir Elementary, use the following links to fill out and print your registration documents or pick up a registration packet in the school office. Once you have all the documents complete, bring them into the school office with the documents listed below:
- Student's original birth certificate
- Student's original immunization record*
- 2 proof of residency dated within the last 6 months
- Parent's drivers license
*The Immunization Card will be completed at school.
